When Heaven Meets Earth – Resurrection

Happy resurrection (Luke 24:1-12). Life is a journey, isn’t it? On the short journey to Emmaus Jesus listens to the disciples, He teaches them and then He reveals Himself (Luke 24:1-12). Let Jesus join your journey and He will do the same. Let confusion become clarity, despair turn to joy, and watch fear dissipate and be replaced by mission (John 16:16-22). Jesus will meet us on our road and give us meaning. Let Him lead.

When Heaven Meets Earth – Week 6

Jesus is everything we need. In John 11 Jesus interacted with three siblings and gives each exactly what they needed. Martha needed to clarity, she needed to know the Jesus is the Messiah. The resurrection offers the power to change us now and the promise of a bright future, as Jesus is the firstfruits of the new creation.

Look to Jesus

Pastor Donnie takes a look at Jesus through the eyes of Peter and examines how Peter’s understanding of Jesus and who He is changed and deepened over time through five different encounters between the two.

Foretold – Part 3

Jesus made His third and final prediction of His own death and resurrection as He prepared to make His triumphal entry into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday. Knowing the horrific death that awaited Him there, He courageously entered the Holy City to accomplish what only He could on the cross.

Rise Up – Part 3

John 20:19-31 Jesus calls for belief, but he is gracious with doubters. The opposite of faith is not doubt. It is pride. Our doubts are resolved not by having all of our questions answered, but from being with Jesus.
