Jesus made His third and final prediction of His own death and resurrection as He prepared to make His triumphal entry into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday. Knowing the horrific death that awaited Him there, He courageously entered the Holy City to accomplish what only He could on the cross.

Parenting is hard …. and rewarding. Ephesians gives us a great guidelines for both parents and children (obey, honor, respect, guide, encourage…). We are all adopted into God’s family and through our adoption there is healing for wounds and mending where there is brokenness.

Even in the healthiest of relationships there is conflict. Paul writes a beautiful and powerful guide to the broken church of Corinth. From it we can learn the power of and importance of love. Have hope, be kind and extend grace, always fueled by our our future hope promised by our Lord.

The culture gives us a false premise of marriage. It is a relationship for holiness and not built on the fickle foundations of emotion. The biblical premise of marriage is submission to each other through submission to Christ. It is Christ who completes us, and relationships guided by that principle build up and heal.

Where is the Church in Jesus life? Good question, since Jesus only says the word twice. But when He talks about the Church, it is very weighty.
We need the Church – to grow, to learn, to love each other.
The Church needs us – to encourage each other, to help each other.
The Church was born in song, it is an act of worship and God blesses us through the Church as we bless others.

Part of living in God’s presence is talking to God. In John 17, Jesus gives us insight into the relationship that He has with the father and shows us how we can talk to God through PRAYER.
