We need to listen, to those who are suffering, and listen to the Holy Spirit. For, where do we find wisdom? We wisdom by trusting it in a great God. Just as Job recognized, God has a plan (Romans 8:28), and no matter how hard life is our redeemer lives (Job 19:25).

The post Out of the Whirlwind – Week 2 first appeared on Liferoads Church.

This is exactly how we experience much of suffering. Many questions are left. Job understands we are to trust and rest in knowing God is good and all-powerful. This is the lesson for us as well, for we know that God works all things for good according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).

The post Out of the Whirlwind – Week 1 first appeared on Liferoads Church.
